HYPA is based on the evidence-based fact that lifestyle modification based on "movement - nutrition - relaxation" positively influences blood pressure.
Before starting to spread HYPA throughout the company, it should first be clarified which internal actors and stakeholders need to be brought on board. Here, of course, our offer supports you initially to reach the employees as recipients of the measures. Through targeted measures and training, we create awareness and acceptance for the DiTA - in consultation with your company. Dr. Dr. Despeghel has been successfully accompanying large companies with targeted coaching actions for 20 years.
